1. Are you products made in the USA?

All of our mandrel bent products are made in house, in the United States. 

2. Shipping Information

Please allow 3-5 days for shipment. For rush orders, please contact us directly. We will accommodate deadlines as best as we can, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates on expedited packages.

If you choose an expedited shipping option, that does not guarantee that the product will be able to ship out faster then if it had been ordered using a ground option. That only means the transit from our facility to your facility will be expedited as you have selected. 

Canadian & International Orders: In rare circumstances the store will not accept the order and will give you an error when you try either credit card or Paypal payment types. If you run into this error, please select "check/money order" and add either a Paypal email address to invoice you with, or please call in your credit card information. 

For International orders, we no longer ship Fedex International ground. We will ship USPS or Fedex Express. You are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties, and taxes your country imposes. If you refuse a package, you are responsible for the cost to ship it back to us and all other restocking fees. 

3. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Order Cancellations: Are available for 3 hours after purchase if the product has not shipped.

Returns: If the product has shipped, buyers are subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions. Product may not be returned after 30 days. Shipping & handling costs are non refundable. Product must be returned in original condition. Product may not be altered in anyway, including but not limited to rust or chemical alteration.
